How do I place an order?
Browse items by clicking on the tabs above. Once you have found an item you want to buy, just select doggies' size, the quantity you want and click on the 'ADD TO CART' button. You can then checkout with Paypal or continue shopping.
When you're done, just click on 'VIEW CART' where you can complete your order. You will be able to use the 'REMOVE ITEM' or 'UPDATE' buttons to remove products from your basket if you change your mind.
How do I pay?

Shipping?
We post to the UK and Worldwide using Royal Mail recorded & tracked services.
If you live outside the UK, make sure you shop in the international store. Any import duties & taxes are charged once the parcel has reached it's destination country and these charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges as customs policies vary from country to country. If you have any questions related to customs charges, contact your local customs office..
All our items are dispatched within 3 working days if in stock - some items such as the handknit sweaters may take a little longer if stock is particularly low & demand high but we will always let you know and keep you updated on your order's progress.
Please allow 14 working days before querying your order outside the UK.
All our postage rates are worked out by weight & size as per Royal Mail prices - if you wish to place a large order of 8+ items we may be able to give you a shipping discount depending on the combined weight and size - please send a list of the items you would like to us here and we will send you an invoice with a revised shipping quote.

We will accept returns but the item must be unworn, unused & in original packaging & condition. Buyer to pay the return postage.

Sizing?
We cater for every size here at Puppy Love as just like us, doggies come in all shapes & sizes! If your size isn't listed, please get in touch with us and we can make to order!
We make every effort to fully detail all sizing - but please do check your doggie's own measurements! How to measure your dog's vital statistics can be found below.
Any mistake in size ordered will be exchanged but with postage at buyer's expense so be sure to check!!
